Avi Avital is the first mandolin soloist to be nominated for a classical Grammy and has an exclusive agreement with Deutsche Grammophon. He is best known for his renditions of well-known Baroque and folk music, much of which was originally written for other instruments.

Jonathan Hadas is a principal bass clarinet player of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. He is one of the founders and a member of the Meitar Ensemble since its establishment.
